Latin Business Association Endorses Dr. Jasmeet Bains for Assembly

Today, Dr. Jasmeet Bains’ campaign for State Assembly announced the endorsement of the Latin Business Association.

Dr. Ruben Guerra, PhD, Chairman of The Latin Business Association, said: “This is not a race of whether you are Latina or not, this is about who will do the best job in the interest of the community. Jasmeet has shown that she truly is in this to serve her community. Ella es la voz de nuestra comunidad.”

The Latin Business Association is the largest and oldest Latino business organization in the United States, representing more than 700,00 Latino-owned businesses in California.

Dr. Jasmeet Bains said, “I am proud to have earned the support of the Latin Business Association, an organization committed to uplifting the issues impacting small business owners throughout the Valley and California. I have a great deal of respect for those who take the risks and make the sacrifices necessary to create jobs, move our economy forward, and make our communities stronger. In the Assembly, I will work to ensure our small businesses can thrive and that everyone has an opportunity to achieve the American Dream.”

With just over a week before the general election, Dr. Bains’ campaign continues to build momentum toward the finish line. Since announcing her campaign last November, Dr. Bains has earned the support of some of the most dedicated healthcare, agricultural and public safety organizations from across the Central Valley and state, including the California Medical Association, the California Association of Highway Patrolmen, the California Coalition of Statewide Law Enforcement Associations, the Kern County Farm Bureau, and others.
